The items supplied by SAS SKEP are new and guaranteed against any defect.
Customers have one (14) days from receipt of the items to request an exchange or refund.
The customer must return the items new and without any sign of wear, in their entirety and in their original packaging, intact, accompanied by all possible accessories, instructions for use and documentation.
In the event of an item not conforming to the description or damaged, the buyer must send proof of the defect (s) to firstname.lastname@example.org (description and photos attached).
In the event that the customer exercises the right of withdrawal, SAS SKEP is required to reimburse the total amount paid by the customer, free of charge.
ITEM DELIVERED AFTER ONE (1) MONTH
If the item has not been delivered within one (1) month from the date of order, the customer is entitled to request a refund, without any other reason being necessary.
Sale items are neither returned nor exchanged
Return costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
In the event of a refund, we guarantee that it is made within a period of less than or equal to 30 days from the date of receipt of the returned package.
